Users of the portal agree to uphold the highest standards of academic integrity. Submission of plagiarized work, unauthorized sharing of examination materials, or any form of academic fraud will result in disciplinary action.
All fees are non-refundable unless expressly stated in the SGI-MST Refund Policy. Fee schedules are subject to review annually. Students are responsible for paying all fees by the stipulated deadlines.
The portal is provided for legitimate academic and administrative purposes only. Unauthorized access, hacking, data scraping, or any form of misuse is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
All content on this portal, including course materials, documents, and multimedia, is the intellectual property of SGI-MST or its content providers. Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or commercial use is prohibited.
SGI-MST strives to ensure portal availability but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for any losses arising from portal downtime, data errors, or technical issues beyond our control.
SGI-MST reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the portal after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
